If you forget your Contractor Central password, to reset it all you need to do is select the “Reset Password” on the login page underneath the Password field:
A pop-up box will appear where you will place your username, and then you will click the Reset Password.
Shortly after completing the previous steps you should receive an email from IDI support with a temporary password. Once you receive this enter the temporary password into the Password Field and click the login button:
You will then be asked to set a new password for yourself for the next time you login.
Please note the resent password button is a "short lock". If you have trouble logging in the password will be active again in 5 minutes. Please attempt to log in again after 5 minutes.
