As we continue to monitor and respond to the evolving situation with COVID-19, our commitment and resolve has not wavered. We remain focused on providing continuity of our services to our clients and partners, while also protecting our employees through providing even better internal tools and resources so we can continue to do the work we need to do safely from our homes in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area.
As a business, we've had work-from-home options for our employees for years, and we were already set up to easily support our clients and partners remotely. Our web-based software can also be accessed virtually by our clients.
If you have any questions regarding ongoing services, or your own business operations during this time, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

- We’re helping some of our clients add COVID-19 related pay codes, and we encourage you to reach out to our Support Team before making changes like that as it does affect mappings in our product.

Additional Local and National Resources and Announcements
Following other states, our Michigan Governor signed an Executive Order March 23rd, 2020 that directs residents to remain at home or in their place of residence for three weeks (until April 13th), except for essential services.
Because what we at IDI provide is considered an essential service, we will still have an internal representative in our Ann Arbor office to troubleshoot any potential technical lags or delays so we can provide uninterrupted service during this time.
