When you partner with IDI, you have access to our Partner Account Manager who will be periodically checking in with you to make sure you are aware of helpful resources in your Partner Portal in IDI Resource Center and to get feedback on ways we can continue to enhance our partnership.
Your Partner Account Manager is not a Sales Representative, but will be an ongoing resource for the life of your partnership with IDI and can help resolve issues as needed.
Because we care, you will also be receiving customer satisfaction surveys at regular intervals to ensure that you remain happy with our partnership, our products and services. Please take the time to answer the brief surveys as that is one way your Partner Account Manager will know if there are any outstanding issues that need attention.
